Litchi and DJI Go together

If I am running Litchi (pano or orbit for example) and want to change a camera setting can I open DJI Go to change this? I'm curious if you can leave both open while switching back and forth to them on iOS.

I read on here you don't want to have both running on your Phone at the same time. Litchi will crash I think. Besides you can change camera settings in Litchi.

You can only run one or the other, but not both programs.

You can change camera settings in Litchi. Why would you need to open DJI GO?
