Linking Phantom 4 to a Phantom 3 controller How to?

This was a discussion a couple of years back....does anyone remember how to link a Phantom 4 (NOT Pro) to a Phantom 3 Pro Controller? The range was better if I recall, and simply put I broke one of my antennas yesterday on my P4 controller.

Hello everybody, I've came across the dji phantom 4 and it was being sold without the remote or the charger. I do have 2 phantom three pro drones, and so I was wondering if I could use the phantom 3 remote controller for the phantom 4 standard model. Thank you so much and I can't wait to hear...

You don't have to do anything special. Link it like you link the P3P remote controller.
