So I got my new Phantom 4 the other day. I also picked up a 128GB Lexar 633x Class 10 UHS-I MicroSD card as I read it works fine in the copter.

It did work, for a couple of flights but now the card itself is saying its write protected and I cannot format or write to it in any way. I’ve tried to format in the copter, PC and camera but nothing will do it. There’s no switch on the card to lock so it must be a software thing or a dodgy card.

Amazon are send me a replacement so it’s not the end of the world.
Anyone else have an issue like this? Anyone using this card successfully?

I had the exact same issue with a Lexar 128gb. I tried many things and couldn't remove the write protect error. In fact they made me take a picture of me cutting the card in half so I could get a replacement sent out right away. New card, no problem. Cutting the card saved me from having to ship it back to them.

Hate it when companies do that.. I'm mean if your being nice enough to send out a replacement card, what's the point of seeing the original card in half...but anyways good though.
