Latency issue with P4Std.

Has anybody had a latency issue with a P4Std? Good video, but has a delayed image on the tablet. Wasn't like this with a previous camera. This is something I experienced with the P3Adv., but not on any of the P4's
I just replaced the fan circuit board and this started to happen. The board I replaced produced no gimbal or video. This is the first time I have experienced this sort of improvement by just replacing this component. I also replaced the ribbon cable. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi jiminyfixit,
When was the last time you updated your firmware? I have not update mine in a very long time, I also fly with my new iPad 2018 6th generation tablet and found that the fast more powerful cpu has really made a difference in many areas where my older tablet use to have problems keeping up, like lag in the video and at times even loss of video completely during lengthy flights.
Just a thought?
