Jello/wobble on video, gap between 4Gb files when joined

I didn't want to resurrect an old thread but since there was no definitive conclusion about this issue I'll open this one with additional question.

1. There is a visible wobble on my videos filming both in 4K and 1080p. You can see it on building in this video:
Anyone else having those? I didn't notice it before. Day was windy, 6-10m/s. I also switched to CF reinforced props. I will try again when wind settles down.

2. When I record 4K video (haven't tried with 1080p) there is a small gap, maybe few 1/10th's of second between two joined files. Video just jumps bit forward on "stitch". Is that normal?

1. You might see Jello if props are not balanced or sharpness is set high. Don't think wind can create that effect. Use of ND filters can help you, try it.

2. That's normal.
