Jello, Prop Strobing, and Frame strobing are all unwanted side effects of digital photography.. and are caused by the rolling shutter of the small action cameras. There are tips around the forums that explain what to do, to avoid these unwanted side effects, but most people who haven't had a lot of digital photography experience don't really understand why. I have found a few links that will help explain why these side effects happen, and how to understand the reason the "Fixes" work.
