I panic every time I see the birds curling my Phantom, nothing bigger than a sparrow has taken a swoop at it yet.
How did it fare? Did it recover in the air then you brought it down or did you go seeking revenge?

I must admit I thought it was "gone" as it flipped inverted but it righted itself and bounced of the grass which was when I managed to gain control again. The gimbal took the full impact but after it was reset worked fine.
I must have been in close proximity to its nest so no flying there for a while. No seeking revenge either, as far as I'm concerned - they own the air.
