How do I fix this? Really annoying.... This was on:

Phantom 2 v 2.0
H3d3 gimbal
Go pro 3 black + on 2.7k 24fps setting

I have an ND filter, but have had a hard time balancing it and really don't want to chance burning out the gimbal....

It's just the blades cutting through the sunlight. Has nothing to do with your camera.

You can make a lens cover/hood for the goPro to stop that flickering.
