I would say that's a scam in order to gather names and email addresses to sell to spammers. It's called harvesting. Also they spelled program wrong.

Well, I guess they get good money for fresh email address . Also, they sell them over and over again. Once they have your email they will pass you around like a buck. The victims end up having to get a new email because they get tired of trying to sift through all the spam.

Good rule of thumb, its sounds sketchy its really sketchy. DJI hasn't officially announced anything. For all we know the Phantom 5 is a Roomba (it probably isn't) but until DJI says something concrete take it all with a grain of salt, and never give anything your email address.
