I have a phantom vision and was wondering if a gopro hero 3 camera could be connected to the WiFi module in the stock camera so that it could broadcast back to the vision app?I would remove the stock camera and just use the WiFi module from the camera.Remember that this is a v1 vision with the WiFi module contained in the camera.

My guess is that it would work for very short range video.. the GOPro connection sucks and is very laggy.
You'll also lose the Vision telemetry if you remove the wifi unit.

I was talking about connecting the gopro to the WiFi unit so that it could send back video and telemetry to the app.I would of course remove the camera unit from the Phantom camera and only use the WiFi unit
