Is there a GPS track list you can download?

Does the on board GPS save coordinate data points so that you can download them via USB?

Is there a way to tell how high you've flown?

Unfortunately no. Most people seem to be using the Garmin GTU-10, others have been using OSD add-ons, and I've even read of someone using their iPhone!
