Is Cinema 4K different than UHD 4K?

I noticed YouTube videos shot with phantom 4 pro saying the video was shot in Cinema 4 K @ 60fps is that the highest 4 k resolution? Or is that something that is a lower resolution than the highest 4K setting on the P4Pro?

Cinema 4K is 4096 x 2160 pixels wide and UHD is 3840 x 2160 pixels. All 4K TVs are UHD
