You have a choice, the BMFA or I use FPVUK.ORG, is £15 a year or so for cover

FPVUK is only public liability - it won't cover your equipment.

Mine is covered within my home insurance policy as items away from home. Crashed my drone last year. £200 to repair. I had a £100 excess on my insurance. In the end even though I could have claimed it didn’t seem worth it.
