I'm getting the best results in the Landscape style setting IMO

I've watched quite a few YouTube tutorials on camera settings for shooting video, and almost exclusively, experienced photographers are using the style settings of -1/-1/0, or lower settings, however for my personal tastes, I'm getting the clearest video, and greatest detail in the landscape style of +1/+1/0, and in addition I'm not getting any significant noise levels from these settings. I have been shooting in 4K 4096X2160, @30fps, and a shutter speed of 60, which I then reduce to 24fps in post production, but have recently started shooting @60fps and a shutter speed of 120, in an effort to get less stuttering and greater stability. My question would be why am I getting the best results(IMO) in landscape style when just about everyone else are using much lower settings? Thank you in advance for any insight you might be able to provide, as I suspect I'm missing something because of the inferior results I'm getting at -1/-1/0.
