These were custom 3D printed by another pilot... I have seen these online but they are far and few.. They help out considerably with the controls. Makes them very manageable and tight..

I do actually but I am also interested in the knobs as well. I am a little confused about what type of string is used in the rings though.

Are you able to pull both sticks down and inward to stop the motors? I bought a pair similar to yours but when I tried to turn off the motors, the sticks were restricted and unable to come all the way down to activate the motor stop. Just be aware that this may happen depending on the type you buy.
