How could i fix up this video??

Also, is it just me or is the horizon tilted???( how do I prevent that??)

It won't be so easy to fix that particular video but it's possible. But yes, you have the tilted horizon problem.

At first I saw the land and thought it might just be geography - but then I saw the sea was as well....

Some softwares can correct this by using control points, If you hold down C2 button and turn the right wheel you can make in flight horizontal ajustments to the gimbal. At first when I read " i-need-criticism". I tought he must be single. Your horizon may be straight as some time the vanishing points will creat that illusion. The shore line is really close to flat, the hills at the right are further away and you are below the horizon.
