Last night I tried to cancel my mavic pro order but got told that there where system issues and I couldn't cancel at this time. what do you guys think about that?
It's either a legit system issue or the operator doesn't know how to cancel the order. Try again if you haven't already. Worst scenario is it will ship and you return it for full refund. You will get your money back.
I would count on any kind of refund. Once they get your money its hell trying to get it back. DJI has no CS and they are rude and always watching the clock for 5 pm time to go home.
With my situation and experience with them I'm investigating a Class Action against them.
