How to fly without WIFi

Recently bought a Phantom3 4k, and have taken it out for a short flight. However how does one fly this with a tablet, and without available Wifi?

Check out the Quick Start Guide that came in your Phantom box. It explains how to connect the remote controller to the Phantom via the Phantom's Wi-Fi network. That connection will work anywhere since it's not a network that is connected to the Internet (like the Wi-Fi in your house).
