How many days can you wait until you get care refresh?

How long can I wait and fly my p4p before I get refresh and my time limit runs out? I can't afford refresh until 5-7 days after purchase. Thanks.

48 hours after that you have to jump through hoops to get it. I think there is a youtube video out there of a few guys reading off a check list while video of them performing the steps.

Hell I tried for 3 days writing emails and eventually gave up because they could not manage to process my payment. During that time I called my bank and they told me there had not even been an attempt to process any payment. So now I just fly extra carefully...

I did mine a couple weeks ago within minutes after activating the P4P bird. I did it on the DJI website without any issues at all. Easy Peasy!

Yea mine was easy to do on their website. Did mine right after all the updates and charging done.

All went fine and dandy like cotton candy....

You have 48 hrs after activation, I did not realize that. I called and tried to do it on the 3rd day mine was activated and they would not do it. They told me I had to send them a video demonstrating all the functions still worked. They WILL NOT work with you on the 48 hrs.
