I've got a Mac. Am I completely boned on this front?

You aren't completely "boned", just partially.... :)

I'm using the NAZA Assistant on a MacBook with VMware Fusion and Windows XP2. Others use Parallels, Bootcamp, etc. You have choices but they all involve Windows.

Also, if you don't yet have a copy of Windows I'd choose Windows 7, mainly because XP isn't compatible with macosx 10.8. And, of course, I just upgraded to a MB Pro with 10.8, so I'm boned myself because my Tarot gimbal software doesn't work with VMware Fusion!

It's frustrating!! The trick, if you can call it that, is to look carefully on these Phantom forums before you take the leap of buying new software. Try to think ahead... if I'd known about the incompatibility between my Tarot gimbal and VMware, I'd have chosen a different gimbal.
