Hello everyone! New at this and need some help. I'm trying to set up my controller with a survey app and chose Pix4D because it seems to have everything I'm looking for. The problem is when going through the setup, it asks me to choose the drone- I choose Phantom 4 Pro, I then choose the type of grid I want and it immediately goes to the overhead view. The problem is that it switches from Phantom 4 to Phantom 3. I can pick the phantom 4 pro without the controller on, and it stays Phantom 4 Pro throughout the entire sequence- until I turn the controller on, and it switches to Phantom 3 Professional.
By the way, I am connected to DJI Go 4 before opening the Pix4D app when I am setting up in the field.
