I haven’t watched the video (I will later), but it doesn’t seem LAANC usage would be appropriate for someone who doesn’t understand airspace.

True, and I would think that in the new rules hobbyists will need to take some sort of online test on airspace.

This is part of the new infrastructure that will require hobbyist to get training and prove(test) to demonstrate an understanding of the subject matter.

my local Delta still doesnt use LAANC, and I had to renew my airspace authorizations. I know from before I got my 107 and PP that the tower doesn't want phone calls every time someone flys. This will be interesting to see play out, and if enforcement is even possible

My local D airspace doesn’t either yet, but rest assured it will be soon.
