Hello guys..
My English not good but i will try to explain..
So, i buy Phantom 3 Pro 4K but in options there not resolution of 4K, means i cant record video in 4k there only resolution of 720p, 1080p, 2,7k
can somebady tell me what is the problem.. but my camera is 4K, i can take picture to show u..

when i open dji go, app show me that my drone is professional, after 3 sec this change and write advanced ..

Are you using PAL ? It looks like you have to switch back and for from NTSC to PAL..

im using pal but still i dont have in options 4k resolutions...
why app show me that my drone is advanced?? i have pro , and i have 4k camera..
is possible that somebady before me update firmware of advanced, and is posible that i install firmware of professional?

maybe if i install firmware of advanced there will be option 4k

nothing happen its look like ntsc no 4k resolution..
even i dont have micro sd card in my drone, app must show me 4k resolution for chose..

i try update last firmware but nothing happen.. bird cant read my micro sd card, and cant start updating
my micro sd card working when i record video..but when i want install latest firmware cant read only i see red light on gimbal
