The presence of a drone at a crime scene for journalistic purposes is in violation of FAA regulations.

Why do they make this stuff up??
IF, you are a Pilot, join the AOPA. They provide free legal services to Pilots. And trust me, someone, someday, is going to need an Attorney.
The FAA is "running amok" again.......that's all I'm going to say, for now.
