Help with circuit boards

Hi! I have the dreaded charging issue on a controller I just bought off of eBay. I fear the seller is ghosting me but enough of that. My question is, if I took the main board out of a 300b, would it work in a 300c controller? I have a 300b that all the screw mounts have broken but al

The b model plastic is not good and is a known issue. A lot of people went to the c model just for that reason.
I’m not certain if the boards are the same.
If it turns out you need some pieces, I probably have some.

Yes, my original controller was the B and the screw mounts are toasted. I bought a new one that is a C but won't charge so I want to switch circuit boards but I'm not sure if they are interchangeable.

Have you tried just switching the battery?

Not yet, I'm waiting to see if I hear back from the seller before I crack the new one open, I'm just trying to see what some options would be if he doesn't respond.
