HELP!!!! WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!

I can't believe this... The sunset is dope, the moon is amazing. I run to grab my drone. Get everything set up, get ready for take off, and notice that the drone is in Function mode. So I flip it up to Positioning mode. As I do that, the S1 switch snaps off. SNAPS OFF!!!! I can use the stick part of the switch to move it back and forth, but the switch is just nice. I would really not want to buy a new controller. What do I do???

If you want to replace the switch yourself, you can buy a new switch here on Amazon or here on eBay.

So how does this happen??? I never have dropped my remote on my controller at all. I did buy my drone used, and the original remote came with it, but the dude I bought it from said he flew it once. Everything was practically new. How did this happen?
