Anybody had an issue with RC not connecting after firmware update on p3 standard

Before I updated it said unknown regarding the firmware installed on the aircraft

Update!! After talking with DJI online support I have decided to return and purchase the 3 professional [emoji106]. They suggested sending to DJI. BTW very nice and helpful support person. They tried everything but to no avail
