Help on increasing vision fly range.

Dear phantompilots,

I'm not 100% sure if i'm reposting now but if i do i'm very sorry (did my best searching for a post like this)

I'm currently reading myself up on antennas etc... and is there a possibility to replace the controller antenna with cloverleaf antenna and do the same on the phantom itself?
Is this worth doing?

my next question is if this is not possible what are other options of increasing the range of the P2V.
Max range i had on it atm was around 700 meter with LOS inside my village.

So if i understand correct i can just buy a new antenna for the drone and the controller and i will easly see 1km range i suppose?

Can anyone suggest what kind of antenna is the best to use this spiral antenna or the cloverleaf antenna.
