Help my camera blur and sometimes white ..black..

Suddently as per picture below..not turn as normal anymore. How do i fix it? I just bought my phantom 3 ad a month ago...

I would check the cables to the camera first. Are they secure?

Move the cables around a little while recording. Watch it back and see what you come up with.

Im done secured the cable, remained the same.what do u think goes wrong with my camera? FYI, i already did camera reset setting and firmware upgrading. Hopefully somebody may help me resolved this issue. Herein the latest captured :
