My P3S suffered an untimely crash with mother earth. Camera separated from gimbell and tore up flex cable. I have a new Yaw arm/Flex cable coming but in the disassembly I am stumped by what holds the camera on. There appears to be some kind of electronic round thin wafer and the thing just seems to press the motor shaft into a bearing. Is this some kind of magnetic lock on the arm? Or am I missing how this actually stays together. Seems a shaft into a bearing that allows you to simply pull apart is a bad way to keep things together. Any help to confirm/deny my assumption appreciated.

The camera is held on to the tilt motor shaft by a screw that is usually hidden under the ribbon cable. It sounds like your motor came apart?
