Thanks for the welcome folks. There is one post I cant find of someone can post a link. Its a procedure to test which prop is suited best to which motor using a phone app to check vibration levels.

I've never heard of such a procedure. Here's how most people balance the props:

Sam I just looked and there are several threads . Use my custom search and type in the middle not the top this ..phone app to check vibration levels...
and see if that's what your looking for . I remember way back that being posted but it was wayyy back .

Stress cracks are a known issue, but it's not a common issue. It just seems like it happens to many Phantom owners since this is an ideal place to discuss issues.
