Helical Antenna

Anyone using them?

If yes how/where do you mount them?

I sometimes use a helical, mounted to my video receiver, pointing at my bird in the air.

Sorry, no. What is there to see though? It's just a helical connected to the antenna port of my receiver. I'm not sure what you expect to learn from that.
