Yep I had the same problem the other day. I went into panic mode. I shut everything off and went to the assistant software and re-calibrated everything and it worked as usual.

Is your LED flashing on the copter slow or fast?
Slow as in 1 flash per second. Fast as in 3 flash per second.
If it is fast, your RC transmitter need to rebind with P2V.
Always on the RC first and then the copter.
