hdmi out from Samsung S4 to Rca

Does anyone know if there's a HDMI to rca converter? I'd like to try fatshark attitudes.

This is direct from MHL to RCA

And as always, you will need external usb power for the MHL to work.
Just purchase a USB battery pack.
