Having trouble with Video Quality on Night Videos/ Question about Gimbal Noise

Two Questions:
1. The quality of my night videos looks worse than 360p while on the 2k setting. the video has a lot of noise and grainy pixelation. However, during the day, the video looks amazing. Any suggestions?

2. When i opened my box, the plastic gimbal lock was no locked in so the gimbal was freely moving around. It appears the gimbal is working fine, but the motor sound is noticeably loud when in idle. Is this normal?

The video looks significantly worse than the photo attached.

The answer to your first question is that the camera quality is fairly grim when using high ISO.

Answer to # 2 is have read were lot's have got there's with them off like that with no issues of damage to the gimbal itself..
So that's not uncommon .

Turn your LEDs of in the app or tape them turn camera sensor down
