H3-2D Not Balanced...HELP!!

Hello,

I recently purchased and installed the H3-2D Zenmuse. I set it up so I have it connected to the upgraded board. My issue is that the gimbal is not balancing correctly.

I would return the gimbal. is there any documentation with the gimbal such as a troubleshooting guide?

Go into asst software and calibrate your sticks including X1.
