Guessing it's shot?

Bought a phantom 4 today with 2 batteries and a battery that doesn't charge (seller stated this) it's got one flashing green light then goes off. Take it that it's been discharged too much? Any fix for it?

How to revive a bricked DJI battery (NEW) be very careful, but this method works. It voids your warranty though, but hey, the battery is restored.

I’ve had a friend do it, but I’ve fortunately never had a bricked battery. It’s kind of a last resort, but it beats buying another 150$ battery. And yes, it worked for my friend.

That link looks like an inspire battery?
