Today I tried to take off from a quite big field. There are trees around, but the fields is still quite huge. It took around 6-8 minutes to initially locate more than 6 sats.
Then I tried flying from a schoolyard. (no kids there, relax. It's vacation) So it's rather big. On one end - very tall trees; and on the other the school - 5 floors. But i placed it in the centre. It never got to better than 1 red (6 sats).
Is my GPS broken? Or is it like that? You can take off ONLY in nature on a huge humongous field?
