I think what Orion may be referring to is the way the copter "leans" into windward to offset the wind's push. This of course is normal, as it's the Phantom's way of staying locked into its GPS position. Your camera should still be level, however, unless you've got it set to FPV.

Just saw your clip. So you're set to FPV. If you want the gimbal to come into play, i.e. way smoother footage, then uncheck that FPV in the app.
