Go Pro lens cap and filter storage

I bought a new GoPro hero 4 black and a set of Polar Pro Frame 2.0 FPV filters.

So my surprise the GoPro comes with no filter cap and the filters really don't come with storage short of the cheesy box.

I have not seen a cap to go directly on filter nor a real good storage solution for small filters.

Any suggestions. Obviously would like to keep everything scratch and dust free.
