Newby on P4 - had Go app crashing and could not restart to normal working. Had to delete app and reload to get it working again.
This happened twice. Scratching my head I realised this happened each time after I downloaded my video to computer (iMac) via Usb as directed in the manual.
What to do????? Then realised there must be another way to download from the micro SD.!!!!!!
Rushed to buy new SD card with adapter since I did not have an adapter and downloaded direct from SD card.
Have now downloaded videos more than 10 times, no more crashing.
This may be useful to other newby's since I have not seen this on the forum.
Joined forum recently and glad I did as it helps greatly on the steep learning curve, steep since it may be costly without help and guidance.
