Gimble over heating on Mavic

Don’t shoot me I know this forum is forPhantoms but no answers over on the Mavic Forum, started up the bird this morning and the gimble went to the top then down to the bottom then back to the top again and there it stayed and I got a message saying gimble motor overload and boy she was hot shut the bird down camera went limp started back up problem solved, shut down started up same problem stuck at the top and very very hot I’ve had no crashes so anyone have any ideas.

You got to figure out why gimbal is moving beyond the limits. Is any connection loose? You should be happy the current limiting circuits are protecting gimbal burn outs.

You can’t get an answer on the Mavic forum and you expect us to know in record response time?

I’m sure someone will come along sooner or later with a clue.

In the interim I would try a gimble calibtation on a level surface.
