Gimble Guard Question

So in my haste to go flying, I have started my P3 twice with the gimble guard on. Both time I have shut down the P3 removed the gimble guard and don't think it has caused a problem. I just hope I haven't damaged anything:/

I did the same with the foam packing piece for my first 6 flights.... it wasnt until i read some posts on here about removing it that I looked closer!... I hope it hasnt burnt out anything on my gimble!

If you were quick to shut it down and take it off you should be good I would assume.

I did the same thing once. No problems.
