Gimble dampeners

Just getting my P3S out of the box. Noticed the dampeners are not the same. Two have what appears as some sort of fastening plug on top and bottom of the dampener, two do not have them. Is this normal?

Those clear clips are called the anti-drop kit. They keep the camera from being pulled off during high G maneuvers. You definitely want those on
