Brand newbie here. Been flying for about two weeks and finally had a small crash fro about 10 ft up. Bird flies fine but the camera doesn't move and makes little tick movements. If it is self repairable or recommend a repair shop, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Attached is a link to a video that might help diagnose. Thanks

I get a "gimbal pitch error message" and " hardware malfunction .contact DJI support for repairs"

I have recalibrated the gimbal and IMU both and still get the same error

Does the gimbal rotate in all directions when powering up during the self calibration?

No, It just bobs up and down. I am trying to upload a longer video. It also just keeps emitting 3 beeps constantly

It is possible that the gimbal was damaged in your crash. It appears that the horizontal axis motor is bound.
