Gimbal pitch motor is overheating, sometimes works and sometimes not

Is the camera movement obstructed in any way? Have you tried re-calibration? Motors are cheap. You may consider replacing the intermittent motor.

Servos have a DC motor. Did I mention they’re cheap? Maybe he could consider replacing the whole unit ?
