Can the pins holding the gimbal be removed, without breaking [emoji36]

They can definitely be removed without breaking but why don’t you replace with new ones for reliability.

I had done once and one pin cameout perfectly but other had pins over bent. Needs good practice to get them out and as this is not done frequently and pins are not expensive, buy new set or use cable ties.

I'd have to agree. I tried to reuse the old pins when I had to replace the gimbal support board last spring. I managed to save one pin but the other one was a loss. I ended up replacing them anyway with new ones for peace of mind. It made no sense risking a $250 camera/gimbal for less than $5 worth of pins. Besides, there should have been some new replacement pins included with your Phantom when you bought it. They're not expensive if you do have to buy them. I keep spares on hand just in case.
