Gimbal phantom 3 4K

I had wreck yesterday and now my gimbal keeps on pulsating. Back of motor feels like gears grinding. Aircraft will not connect to DGI app.Any help on problem?

There is a little black set/grub screw in the yaw arm, check for tightness. Can you post a short video?I had the same issue, but didn't have a crash...I received it new with this problem.
