Gimbal HOT... ?

I have my drone powered on just overviewing my settings & noticed my gimbal is HOT. Is that normal since i had it powered on sitting still the whole time?

Hi again, mine gets warm to hot if I leave it on updating stuff or playing with the settings on a warm day. I have seen a number of similar threads. I have a cooler part of the house that I now use to help prevent or limit this from happening.

Okay i was wonderi g if it was just mines & was it normal or was something wrong but seeing your similar situation makes me feel more at ease now

Yep, they get ridiculously warm when sitting idle.

I always use a small USB fan pointing at mine if I have it indoors just sitting there. When your talking about electronics, heat = shorter lifespan.

I never thought of using a fan, I have a small one in the shed sharing a shelf with the spiders, cheers.
