Gimbal HELP

Hello,

I bought this gimbal

When I plug it in it just twitches and vibrates.

Anyone had this problem before.

Is it faulty.

Its driving me crazy not getting any support from the seller. Its only been 3 days since I emailed them.

Have you tried it with the gopro attached?

Yes just found that was the problem.

Now the camera just faces down. I cant get it to face forward.

My x1 control stick doesn't seem to be working either.

Gonna try again now.

Ok figured it out.

The x1 stick needed to be calibrated.

Now it works and is controlling the gimbal.

It just needed to have a go pro on it.

Cool, glad you got it working. The sensors need to have the expected weight on the mount to counter or they don't know what to do. Kind of like when you pick up a big box that you expect to be heavy but then find out it's completely empty and fall on your ***.
